Infinite Campus Parent Portal- We are beginning to register our parents for
access to Infinite Campus, our student information system. If you have an account for an older student in Ladue you do not need to register. This allows parents to check and update contact information and in the near future you will be able to access your child’s report cards. When your child is in middle and high school you’ll also have access to assignments, grades, and attendance information. Our goal is to have everyone registered by winter break.
Parent Portal Request Form- Request Forms to sign up for the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus are going home with 3rd-4th grade students today. Parents should complete this form and bring it with them to Curriculum Night (you may want to come 10-15 minutes early so you are not late for your classroom teacher’s presentation). You will also need to provide your photo ID to be given a log-in code. Depending upon the number registering there may not be time for everyone to get through the process on this night. Alternative options are stopping by the office during a school day or taking care of it during Parent-Teacher Conferences later this Fall.

Bowling for Bonhomme-  The PTO’s annual adult fundraiser is fast approaching on 10/19/13.  This year’s event will be a casual night of bowling, food, and fun right here in Olivette. There is sure to be something to please everyone from the most serious bowler to those who just want to hang out and support the PTO! We hope we can once again rely on parents to come out and assist in our fundraising efforts. To ensure the continued success of this event, we need your help. Your room parent will be contacting you about the basket raffle. Each grade level will be assigned a theme and families can send in donations to fit their assigned theme (K- Crafts, 1-Family Night, 2-Parent’s Night Out, 3-Spa, 4 Sports). No item is too big or small. Once all the items are collected and assembled, the results are fabulous baskets that are raffled off the night of the event. This is a perfect example of how we can all do something small that has big results for our kids! Parent donated parties are another favorite fundraiser among OB families.  Parents donate their time and talent to throw themed parties (past examples have been luaus, tapas parties, wine tastings, cooking demonstrations, and spa days). Other parents purchase tickets to the event, with all of the profit going directly to benefit our children and their education!  If you are interested in throwing a party or wish to be linked with other hosts, contact Betsy Kerner  at betsykerner@hotmail.com, Amy Fischer at amysfischer123@gmail.com, or Jodi Blucher at blucher6@me.com. Thank you for your support.  A formal invitation to Bowling for Bonhomme will follow shortly. Bowling for Bonhomme is Sponsored by the OBPTO
