Announcements:
Parent Advisory Meeting
Make plans to collaborate with others at the Advisory Meeting on Thursday, April 17, at 7-8:30p.m. in the Library. You will have the opportunity to rotate through three twenty- minute sessions of your choice. Character Education, Counseling, Diversity, PBIS, PTO, and Safety will be holding sessions. The PTO will be providing refreshments. We look forward to working with you to make OB an even better place!
Spring Art Show/Open House
Parents, please be sure to stop by the Computer Lab when you come for the Spring Art Show/Open House on April 22, to register for the online Parent Portal. Creating a portal account will allow you to log in and view your child’s grades, attendance, and update your emergency contact information. As the district moves towards going “paperless” it will be very important to have access to Parent Portal in order to view your child’s report card.

OB’s Got Character
It's official! Our Eagle Mascot, generously purchased for Old Bonhomme by our
OBPTO, is going to have a name! All students had the opportunity to vote on one of three name choices this week, during their computer lab time. The name choices were OBI (pronounced like OBI-Wan Kenobi), SOAR-RO (pronounced like ZORRO) and SWOOP. The Eagle Mascot made a special appearance during Friday's Success Week Assembly, and the new name will be announced in next weeks newsletter.

Thank you to the OB staff for contributing name suggestions and to the OB students for voting! What great name choices!
