Throughout the school year, we inadvertently throw a lot of different acronyms your way. To help you feel like you are not on a Seinfeld show we have created the Parent Guide to Student Appraisal. In this guide, you will find assessment names, acronyms, descriptions and the reason why students are given these assessments.

PTO Purchases: Thanks to all of the generous donations made during the Dance-A-Thon, we were able to purchase the PE Coaches 24- A360 Polar Heart Rate Monitors to be used with the kids during PE as well as approve 12 Teacher Mini Grants.
Parent-Teacher Conferences

THE WORLD FAMOUS HARLEM WIZARDS ARE COMING TO LHWHS ON NOVEMBER 6, AT 2 PM! Don't miss this first-ever community event of its kind, hosted by the LEF and the LHWHS Boys' Basketball Program. It will be a fun afternoon of high-flying and interactive sports entertainment with the Harlem Wizards basketball team taking on our own home team of Ladue School District teachers and staff. Follow Your Dreams! Say NO to Drugs! (Student Pick)
Everyone is encouraged to wear their pajamas, robe, and slippers to school. Don’t forget tennis shoes for PE. Character Council members will be passing out Red Ribbon Week stickers for students to wear.
Tuesday, October 25
OB Eagles Team Up Against Drugs! (Student Pick)
Everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite sports gear and/or jersey.
Students will have the opportunity to play Healthy Choice Relay during lunch.

Wednesday, October 26
OB Eagles Elect to be Drug Free!
Everyone is encouraged to dress in USA colors and patterns.
Students will be exercising their right to vote in the library today!

Thursday, October 27
OB Eagles Choose to Be Drug Free!
Everyone is encouraged to wear OB Spirit clothes or colors.
Obi, our mascot, will be greeting students today!

Friday, October 28

OB Eagles Slam a Book on Drugs!
Everyone is encouraged to dress up like their favorite book character.
Students will be meeting with their families today and having fall parties.
