MLK Night - January 19, 2016
It’s a Surprise Party, of sorts! The theme this year... ‘Color Our World.’ Art inspires collaboration, community, dreams, and emotion. Students from a variety of grade levels will be performing a diverse array of poetry, art, music and dance at the high school. We welcome special guest artist, John Jansky. He will create a portrait in a matter of minutes. Who will he paint? Well, that’s the surprise! Come celebrate Dr. King with our students and John Jansky. Here’s a hint, the portrait is of a person who entered college at the age of 15! Any guesses? Join us in the Performing Arts Center at Ladue High School on January 19 at 7:00 p.m. to find out.
Socks and Sandwiches Service Project - January 18, 2016
We are starting to collect socks for our annual Socks and Sandwiches event. Now through January 18, those wishing to participate can donate new socks. The new socks should be delivered to your child’s classroom. Please choose tube socks in large sizes for either men, women, or children. We will collect food items

Let's Help Get More Kids ON THE BALL!
Ladue is working with Normandy School District to help make more great things happen in their schools for students. Mrs. K is specifically working with teachers at Washington Elementary. One of their teachers would like to implement the use of BALL CHAIRS in her room!
We know active sitting is good for our kids -- and other kids, too! If you are so inclined to spread the ball chair love this holiday season, you can read more about Mrs. Kostedt's class and contribute on her DonorsChoose page
